They are a legit company.
The person who was running their own grocery delivery business under We Shop and Deliver's name in Tampa stopped doing the business.
WSAD is always trying to find new people who want to run their own business but until they do, the sites have to stop providing services, i.e. the "Coming Soon" messages.
